Osaka City’s brilliant winter illuminations are back again in their 10th year from 14th – 25th December, 2012.
The city’s trees, streets and buildings including the south side of City Hall will glitter with rainbow-coloured lights. Japan’s breath-taking Christmas/winter illuminations are a great way to celebrate the festive season and are a must-see for couples, friends and families.
Light-up time:
Nakanoshima Area: 17:00 – 22:00
Midosuji Area: 17:00 – 23:00
Place:
Nakanoshima Area: Around City Hall – around Central Public Hall – Tenjin Bridge
Midosuji Area: Midosuji (Yodoyabashi intersection to Shinbashi intersection)
